As for whether notification is required? Probably not if someone just got enlightened about the responsibilities regarding termites. I cannot opine as to whether what the board did was right or wrong with regard to changing processes, because I am not familiar with the documents of the association, but they are a critical part of the inquiry. I have never received any paper on this , any notice of any kind. Can they do this without any notification???
